You can manage multiple homes or properties under a single account in the Droplet app—perfect for users with vacation homes, rental units, or second residences.


✨ What You Can Do

  • Add and monitor multiple Droplets across different locations

  • Use the Home Switcher to easily toggle between properties

  • View home-specific dashboards, usage, and alerts

  • Customize notifications, device settings, and thresholds for each home individually


📍 How to Switch Homes in the App

You have two easy ways to access the Home Switcher:

Option 1 – From the Menu:

  1. Open the Droplet app

  2. Tap Menu (bottom right)

  3. Tap Home Setup

  4. Click on “The residence of [Name]” at the top

  5. Tap the small arrow icon (˅) next to it

  6. A bottom menu will appear where you can Switch Home or Add New Home

Option 2 – From the Usage Tab:

  1. Tap the Usage tab in the app

  2. Look at the top center of the screen for the label “The residence of [Name]”

  3. Tap the small arrow icon (˅) next to it

  4. A bottom menu will appear where you can Switch Home or Add New Home

Option 3 – From the Tag Event Tab:

  1. Tap the Tag Event tab in the app

  2. Look at the top center of the screen for the label “The residence of [Name]”

  3. Tap the small arrow icon (˅) next to it

  4. A bottom menu will appear where you can Switch Home or Add New Home

Option 4 – From the Alerts Tab:

  1. Tap the Alerts tab in the app

  2. Look at the top center of the screen for the label “The residence of [Name]”

  3. Tap the small arrow icon (˅) next to it

  4. A bottom menu will appear where you can Switch Home or Add New Home


🛠️ Customize Each Location

Each home can have its own:

  • Wi-Fi credentials

  • Leak alert sensitivity settings

  • Fixture list and tagged usage

  • Notifications and user access

  • Timezone for each residence

This gives you full flexibility to tailor Droplet to the unique setup of each property.
