If you need to start setup over—due to a connection issue, incorrect install, or a new home—you can factory reset Droplet in just a few taps.
🛠 How to Reset:
Open the Droplet app
Tap Menu (bottom right)
Go to Droplet Settings
Tap Factory Reset
This clears your current installation data and allows you to reinstall Droplet from scratch.
💡 If you use the same account your usage history and account data will not be lost—only the pairing and device settings are reset.
