If you need to start setup over—due to a incorrect install, or a new home—you can factory reset Droplet in just a few taps.

1. Open the Droplet app
2. Tap Menu (bottom right)
3. Go to Device Settings
4. Tap Factory Reset

If you log in with the same account, your usage history and account data will not be lost — only the pairing and device settings are reset.

If you're unable to log in to the app, please reach out to <a href="mailto:help@hydrific.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">help@hydrificwater.com</a> and include the email address associated with your Droplet account. We'll help you from there.
