At this time, Droplet does not offer a way to delete your usage history from your account.
Even if you perform a Factory Reset on your Droplet device, your water usage data will still be visible in the app as long as you log in with the same account.

The only way to fully reset your data is to:
Factory reset your device
β Go to Menu > Droplet Settings > Factory ResetCreate a new Droplet account using a different email address
Set up the device again under the new account
This will start you from zero, with no past history or tagged events.
