Droplet Says “Offline” but App Still Shows Data

If your app shows that Droplet is "Offline" but you’re still seeing water usage data, don’t worry — here's what’s happening:

✅ What It Means:

  • Your Droplet briefly disconnected from Wi-Fi

  • It continued collecting data locally (buffering up to 12 hours)

  • Once it reconnected, it synced all usage back to the app


🧭 What to Do:

  • Check Wi-Fi signal near your install location

  • Go to Menu > Home Setup > Wi-Fi and re-enter your network information

  • Try unplugging Droplet, waiting 10 seconds, and plugging it back in
