If your app shows that Droplet is "Offline" but you’re still seeing water usage data, don’t worry — here's what’s happening:
✅ What It Means:
Your Droplet briefly disconnected from Wi-Fi
It continued collecting data locally (buffering up to 12 hours)
Once it reconnected, it synced all usage back to the app
🧭 What to Do:
Check Wi-Fi signal near your install location
Go to Menu > Home Info > Wi-Fi and re-enter your network information
Try unplugging Droplet, waiting 10 seconds, and plugging it back in
