Hydrific products and services are designed specifically for use within the United States. We cannot guarantee the success of the Droplet app and device outside the U.S. due to significant technical and logistical limitations.

βRestrictions on App Usage Abroad:
The Droplet app is not supported for international users. Attempting to use the app outside the U.S. is subject to the following barriers:
App Store Geo-Blocking: The Droplet app is exclusively available on the U.S. App Store (iOS) and U.S. Google Play Store (Android). If your device is registered to a non-U.S. region, you will be unable to download, install, or update the app.
Hardware Limitations: Droplet is engineered to meet U.S. plumbing standards. International plumbing configurations often differ significantly, which may lead to installation failure, device damage, or household leaks.
Service Limitations: Hydrific cannot guarantee app functionality or data accuracy when used on international networks.
Conclusion: If you are located outside the U.S. or do not have a U.S.-registered device, you will be unable to operate the Droplet system.

βInternational Return Policy & Financial Liability
Hydrific's return process is not set up for products located outside the United States. Customers who choose to export the product do so at their own risk and are subject to the following terms:
No Prepaid Labels: Hydrific does not provide prepaid return shipping labels for international addresses.
Full Shipping Responsibility: All international return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These costs often exceed the value of the product itself.
Freight Forwarding Risk: If the product was sent to an international location via a freight forwarder or third-party shipping service, Hydrific is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit or the return process.
Summary
The Droplet system is intended for U.S. use only. We do not recommend purchasing or attempting to install the device abroad, as app access is restricted to U.S. stores and plumbing standards vary. Any customer attempting an international return must independently manage and fund the entire shipping process back to our U.S. facility.
