Droplet will send push notifications to your mobile device, and you can view all alerts and notifications on the "Alerts" tab in the Droplet app.
With the release of 3.4.0 in June 2026, we now offer email notifications for your leak alerts! You can customize your preferences under Alerts > Alert Settings > High Flow or Unusual Flow and toggle the Email or Push notification options.
All alerts will be saved under your Alerts tab; currently there is no way to delete or clear notifications.
Disclaimer: you can only get email notifications sent to the same email address associated with your Droplet account.
