Droplet Won’t Pair with My Phone (Bluetooth Issues)

If your phone can’t find your Droplet during setup, here’s what to try:

✅ Quick Checklist:

  • Enable Bluetooth on your phone

  • Make sure Droplet is plugged into power

  • Stay near the device (within 5 feet)

  • Only one phone should try to pair at a time


🔄 Try This:

  1. Force close the Droplet app

  2. Unplug Droplet, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in

  3. Reopen the app and restart setup

If Droplet still won’t pair, try:

  • Turning Bluetooth off and back on

  • Restarting your phone

  • Checking for app updates in the App Store / Play Store
