We’re currently experiencing an ongoing issue with Apple social login, mainly caused by an internal account migration that has affected some users. We’re actively working with Apple to resolve this, but unfortunately, there is no fix yet.
🛠️ What We Need:
Could you please confirm whether you're using an anonymous login with Apple, and if so, confirm the private relay address you're using? You can find it by:
1. Opening the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top to open Apple ID settings.
3. Go to Password & Security.
4. Scroll down and tap Apps Using Apple ID (or Apps Using Your Apple ID on some iOS versions).
5. Select Droplet for which you used Sign in with Apple.
6. On the detail page, you will see the relay email address (e.g., [email protected]) used for that particular app.
If you're not using a private relay address, please share the email address associated with your Droplet app. If you've already tried to create a new account, please share the new email address that you'd like to use moving forward. Our team will switch your information over to the new account.
