If Droplet appears offline in the app even though your Wi-Fi works, try these steps:
Quick Fixes:
Check Wi-Fi band: Droplet only supports 2.4GHz networks
Signal strength: Check signal strength using your phone near the install location—less than 1 bar may cause issues
Reconnect Wi-Fi:
Go to Menu > Home Info > Wi-Fi and reconnect
Power cycle: Unplug the device for 30 seconds and plug back in
