Droplet Says Offline but I Have Wi-Fi

If Droplet appears offline in the app even though your Wi-Fi works, try these steps:

Quick Fixes:

  1. Check Wi-Fi band: Droplet only supports 2.4GHz networks

  2. Signal strength: Check signal strength using your phone near the install location—less than 1 bar may cause issues

  3. Reconnect Wi-Fi:

    • Go to Menu > Home Info > Wi-Fi and reconnect

  4. Power cycle: Unplug the device for 30 seconds and plug back in
