Additionally, while Hydrific processes refunds within 1โ€“3 business days upon receiving the returned device, it might take an extra 3โ€“5 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account due to bank processing times. You will also receive a confirmation email from Hydrific notifying you that the refund has been issued.

โœ… Refund Eligibility

  • You are eligible for a full refund within 60 days of delivery.

  • The device must have been purchased from Hydrific directly or an authorized reseller.

  • Returns from third-party marketplaces (like eBay) are not supported.

  1. Email us at [email protected] or reply to your original support ticket.

  2. Include your:

    • Order number

    • Email address used to place the order

    • Reason for return (optional but appreciated!)
