If you're experiencing an issue with your Droplet device and believe it's covered under our 2-year limited warranty, filing a claim is easy.
✅ What’s Covered:
Hardware malfunctions or failures not caused by misuse
Issues that occur under normal residential usage
Devices purchased directly from Hydrific or an authorized seller
💡 Not covered: damage from misuse, incorrect installation, or devices purchased from unauthorized resellers (e.g. eBay)
