If you're experiencing an issue with your Droplet device and believe it's covered under our 2-year limited warranty, filing a claim is easy.

✅ What’s Covered:

  • Hardware malfunctions or failures not caused by misuse

  • Issues that occur under normal residential usage

  • Devices purchased directly from Hydrific or an authorized seller

💡 Not covered: damage from misuse, incorrect installation, or devices purchased from unauthorized resellers (e.g. eBay)


📩 How to File a Claim:

  1. Contact Support
    Email us at [email protected] or reply to an open support ticket.

  2. Include the Following Info

    • The email associated with your Droplet account

    • Your order number or proof of purchase

    • A description of the issue

    • (Optional but helpful) Photos of the install or error you’re experiencing

  3. Let Us Help Troubleshoot
    We’ll first walk through a few quick troubleshooting steps. If the issue can't be resolved, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.


🔄 What Happens Next?

  • If your claim is approved, we’ll either send a replacement device or process a full refund

  • You’ll receive a return label if we need the original device back

  • Most claims are resolved within a few business days
