💾 Can I Download My Droplet Data?
At this time, Droplet does not offer a data export or download feature.
We know this is a popular request — especially for users who want to analyze trends, log daily usage, or build their own water reports.
🔒 Current Capabilities:
You can view water usage in the Droplet app by day, week, and month
You can see historical usage trends and event-level tagging (e.g. showers, toilets, etc.)
You can monitor real-time flow, alerts, and patterns directly in the app
🚫 What’s Not Available (Yet):
No CSV, Excel, or PDF data export
No public API access for raw data
No built-in integration with spreadsheets or dashboards
🛠️ Workaround via Home Assistant (Advanced Users)
If you've connected your Droplet to Home Assistant via the local API, you can access your Droplet usage data there — including the option to export it:
Go to your History dashboard in Home Assistant
Select “Download as CSV” to export data
⚙️ Note: This requires an existing Home Assistant setup and some familiarity with local integrations.
